Adam's Polishes produce high end vehicle cleaning and waxing products.  To promote a vehicle they had for sale they contracted us to produce the stand up display that is pictured.  As you can see, the print is very sharp, basically photo quality.  This design was printed onto a glossy vinyl with a gloss laminate and then mounted to a 1/4" thick  aluminum composite panel.  To ensure the panel would not bend (it is over 6' tall after all), there were 2 grooves routed 1/4" deep and 1/4" wide into the back of the panel that run from the top to the bottom and a 2" piece of the 1/4" aluminum composite was glued into the groove.  This kept the panel very rigid.  The base was made of 4 pieces of compressed wood that were glued together.  A 1/4" wide groove was cut into the boards going down 2.5" and at a slight angle.  This allowed for a weighted base that wouldn't move for the panel to fit perfectly into and stand a slight backward angle. Digital prints provide a very high quality way of displaying your artwork, company information or designs.  They can be printed onto numerous types of materials depending on how they will be used:

• Large Stickers
• Banners
• Wall Graphics
• Perforated vinyl for windows

When printed on a textured banner material, it can appear to be a printed on canvas.   These can be stretched around a frame to provide beautiful wall art.  They can also be put into a banner frame that stretches the material and makes it appear as though in a picture frame.  Wall graphics can be cut out to show just the image desired such as a football or basketball player. Digital prints are a an easy way to spruce up your office.
