As I was watching the mogul skiing event Sunday night, I was amazed to see how the Olympic athletes deal with the pressures of competition and the ups and downs of the event.  Much like customer loyalty, each Olympian’s success is only as good as their performance in the moment.  Even then, you could be in place to win a gold medal, only to be knocked out at the last minute by another competitor.
