An actuary professionally, Tayt was methodical and analytical in his approach to franchising. He was looking for a franchise model that made financial sense but also gave him control of his career. Personally, Tayt had been serving his community and was passionate about being involved with his two children’s sports. Tayt is a volunteer football coach and volunteers across multiple youth, school and community organizations locally.
