New owners, George and Lisa, will be expanding schools in Decatur and North Druid Hills. George is a Georgia native graduated from Albany State University with a bachelors in Math and Georgia State University with a master’s in Business. His wife, Lisa, is a nursing professor at Clayton State University and together they have 3 kids. Two twin boys age 18 and a 28-year-old daughter who is a psychologist. They reside in Conyers, where George works as a Senior Director of IT at Serta Simmons Bedding. He has a background in IT for 30 years and is also an Army Veteran. George is a sports enthusiast who loves coaching and mentoring kids on confidence and bullying. After a thorough search exploring numerous brands, George was more than ready to move swiftly to scale a proven franchise that they feel fully vested in and have a passion for – empowering lives.  He loved PREMIER’s unique curriculum of Bully Proof, Stranger Danger and ABC’s of Success especially in this societal era of video game addiction, bullying, ADHD and childhood obesity.  The family was especially intrigued by the elementary school strategies, strong community aspect and leadership programs that PREMIER offers its students. George’s excitement to join PREMIER’s Discovery Day in Knoxville, TN was quite evident.  Already loving the brand, he joined the two-day event where he got to experience two martial arts schools, hear from the turnkey site selection and buildout executives and see the brand come to life.  PREMIER’s differentiation, strategically minded leadership team, core values and buzzworthy character development made for an easy decision to join the PREMIER family.
