How Do You Meditate Properly?

It is acceptable to everyone that we all want to achieve things, which are feeling calm, being able to focus and being happy. Long-term, not only temporarily! Many meditants find it odd to be sitting in silence, alone with their innermost thoughts and feelings, sitting and doing nothing — the very things the mind appears to avoid amusing enough. For a beginner, meditation might at first feel a bit foreign, maybe even overwhelming, but that's all right. Individuals meditate for nearly 3,000 years and without doubt, many have felt the same reticence, trepidation or wonder that meditators often feel for the first time. Perhaps because you want to be less alert, feel less anxious or concentrated, you would like to start meditating. Perhaps meditation is part of some sort of larger personal development program. Or perhaps your relationship with the people around you will be strengthened. Whatever the cause, meditation preparation of the mind offers the ability to radically transform the perspective of life through mindfulness and awareness training. Our entire life is viewed through our minds, and after meditation our perspective on life will change dramatically. But being inspired to begin meditation is very different from doing it, and only start and maintain a regular practice will make you feel the benefits of meditation. To get meditation, meditation is important. You have to sit with its unspoilt essence to relax your mind. Meditation is easy to learn and requires very simple techniques. Let us take care of some practicalities before we get started and answer a few questions everyday.
Tips on how to meditate properly.
  1. Sit for just two minutes.

  20. Smile when you’re done.

Meditation Experience

You will expect your mind to be busy, easily distracted, and restless when you close your eyes and follow your first directed méditation (in-person or through a recording). It doesn't mean that you will experience calm suddenly because you chose to sit and meditate, like you never expected to tame a wild horse for the night. When you close your eyes and pursue your first guided meditation (in person or by means of a recording), you should find your mind to be distracted, quickly distrait and restless. This does not mean you should feel calm all at once because you have decided to sit and meditate, as you would never have expected a wild horse in the night. No good or bad meditation. It's not. Only consciousness or unconsciousness exists. The moment you remember that you are lost in thought, that is consciousness, and when you come back to the main point (usually the breath). This is everything you have to do-go back from your disturbed thoughts to the air, always improving your consciousness. The cycles between consciousness and agitation become longer and longer with perseverance. Once you start, it's good to know how your mind works and what you can expect from it when you sit and think. A good introduction is the short animation that typically shows you how meditation helps to change your views on the traffic by instructing you to observe and encourage it without getting stuck in it.
