What Is The Main Goal Of Yoga?

Yoga exercises are designed to overcome the body’s constraints. Other forms of exercise are good but not enough; muscles, joint, the whole skeletal system are strained and cellular damage caused free from radical injury. Yoga has a variety of things to do. One could argue that a primary objective of yoga is to maintain balance and control in life. To free you from doubt and agony. Bringing a sense of calm from the practice of yogic and breathing control exercises.

Main Goals

  • Physical Health.

The wellbeing of the body is important in life. As Paracelsus, the Swiss physician, very rightly stated: “Health isn’t all but everything is nothing without health.” Physical exercises (Asanas), breathing exercises (Pranayama) and relaxation techniques are required to protect and restore health.

The classical Asanas and Pranayamas in the Everyday Life “Yoga” are divided into a system of eight stages (starting with’ Sarva Hita Asanas’). This preparatory level is followed by 7 other parts which gradually lead to Asanas and Pranayamas practice. The main exercises “Yoga for back pain,” “Yoga for knees,” “Yoga for adults,” “Yoga for administrators” and “Yoga for kids” have contributed to numerous specialized programs. For the sake of good health, the purification techniques of Hatha Yoga are other valuable exercises in “Yoga in Daily Life.” These involve Deep Relaxation (Yoga Nidra), Concentration Exercises (e.g. Trataka) as well as Mudras and Bandhas (special Yoga techniques).

  • Mental Health

In general, rather than getting them under our influence, we are led through life by the mind and senses. However we must first place and purify the mind in order to gain control of it. In our nervous system and through it our physical structure establish a disparity of negative thought and fear. That is why many illnesses and sorrows have occurred. The pillar of mental well-being is a clear thinking, inner security, happiness and healthy self-confidence. Therefore, we aspire to resolve our negative qualities and thoughts slowly and seek to develop good thinking and behavior.

  • Social Health

Social health is the ability in oneself to be happy and to make others happy. This means promoting sincere interaction and cooperation with others, assuming responsibility and working for the community within society. The ability to relax and live in all its beauty is also the social health.

Drogen dependency is one of the rising challenges of our time. The sign of social disease is obvious. The’ Yoga in Daily Life ‘ program will help to overcome the illness and offer new, optimistic goals and objectives to people in life. Our psychology is shaped by the importance of good positive business, as this molds and shapes our personality and character. For spiritual development, a successful company is of great importance.

  • Spiritual Health

AHIMSA–Paramo DHARMA No Damage is the universal precept of spirit life and the highest order of mankind. In thought, sentences, feelings and actions, this rule follows the concept of nonviolence. Prayer, meditation and affirmation contribute to spiritual health, a good mindset and tolerance. Men, not destroyers, should be protectors. Those qualities that make us human are the capacity to forgive, to share, to understand. The primary goal of the Yoga teachings is to protect life and respect the dignity and autonomy of all life forms. This precept develops greater tolerance, intelligence, mutual love, help and compassion – not only between individuals, but between all humans, nations, races, and religious faiths.
