Located within the newly remodeled Hotel de Crillon, a palace dating back to the late 18th century, you will find a bar that makes you feel as if you were royalty. Les Ambassadeurs is what even the top 1% of the world would describe as divine.
Most of the rooms are still equipped with the original fixtures: The elaborate slabs of marble walls, the fresco painted ceilings, the gilded moldings and the pane glass windows draped with curtains. But the furniture and the ambiance have been given a fashionable redesign thanks to designer Chahan Minassian who has carefully selected the materials that brings this place together.
During the day you can expect to hear classical ambient music coming from the piano or a singing duo. In the late evening the mood becomes a but more uplifting and if you are lucky you will get to experience some of the well known artists of the area including Mike D of the Beastie Boys who occasionally pops in for a late-night DJ set.
