St. Anthony of Padua Parish in Manteca, CA is a Catholic Church & School with “an active faith community of 4,000 families.” We received a call from them because they had a small ‘problem’ they wanted to address. They had the feeling that some of their exterior doors were uninviting. They wanted to create a more attractive look to the front doors of the school’s office that would help elementary kids, parents, volunteers and staff to feel welcome and spiritual when approaching the main office. The main office is where the Principal, Nurse and school staff work.
The unwrapped brown metal doors looked old, cold, and not too inviting, as you can see in the image below. But, they were easily brightened up with the high resolution door wrap graphics seen in the image above. The images are vivid and lively, and draw your eye right to the office doors in a warming manner.
A team of parents came up with an idea of doing a door wrap, and when the artwork was created and approved by the Principal, Insignia Designs got the call to handle the rest. After a few minor adjustments to their artwork file, we fired up our large digital format printer, and were installing the door wraps the next day. By using a high-grade exterior vinyl and laminate, the door wraps should last for a very long time.
What was once an intimating place to enter, in now the talk of the school and town.
