Valley Plaza Shopping Center is located in Pleasanton, CA and recently we were contacted by them to repair one of their signs.  They have exterior marquee signs outside of all their complexes and needed this one repaired.  The sign's vinyl had started to fade and was peeling off.  In the image above you can see the repaired sign.  The 'Valley Plaza' lettering at the top had faded badly as well as the letting for all the tenant name plates.  Not exactly the quality sign that Valley Shopping Center wanted their customers to see.  All signs eventually fade or break so as soon as this sign had faded Valley Plaza Shopping Center wanted to make sure to get it fixed as soon as possible. It may come as a surprise to some business owners but just a sign that is faded, broken or outdated is often enough for someone to pass judgement on your establishment.  It's enough for them to choose a competitor over your business simply because many people, for the most part, buy with their eyes. An update to a sign can sometimes be very inexpensive.  It isn't always necessary to replace the entire sign.  Rather, certain elements can be replaced which can save money versus buying a new sign.  We were able to clean off the old vinyl and replace it with high quality full color translucent vinyl.   The outcome was a happy landlord and happy tenants.  Now customers can clearly read and find the businesses they are looking for and are greeted with a clean, high quality sign.
