At C2 Tactical of Phoenix, we run events for birthdays, corporate outings, and small private groups. Our staff handles the logistics so you can focus on the group and the experience.
Start with the Guest List and Goals
First, decide how many people will actually shoot and how many will observe. That affects lane assignments, instructor ratio, and timing. Next, pick the tone. Do you want light competition and photos for a birthday, or instruction and team-building exercises for a company outing?
Equipment and Instruction
We provide firearms, targets, eye and ear protection, and instructors, depending on the package you choose. We set up lanes so that beginners and experienced shooters can work side by side without disrupting each other. Instructors deliver short demonstrations and then coach participants during live fire.
Food, Photos, and Extras
You can bring food, order catering, or use our break area for cake and awards. If you want photos, our staff can help stage safe group shots once all firearms are cleared. Small touches like branded shirts or themed targets add personality without changing the flow.
Typical Schedule
A two to three-hour event works well for most groups. Start with a check-in and a safety brief. Move into range rotations with instructors. Finish in the lounge area for food or short presentations. If you need extra time or private instruction segments, let our planner know and we will accommodate.
Choose a Package
We offer several packages you can pick from to match group size and goals.
- Get to the Choppa: This option is aimed at groups who want a fuller experience. It includes a selection of handguns in both 9mm and .45, and a 5.56 rifle, with fifty rounds allocated per firearm. Each participant receives ear and eye protection and a themed shirt.
- Say Hello to My Little Friend: Built for shooters who want a heavy session, this package supplies 150 rounds across pistol and rifle platforms, including full-auto options where allowed. The package includes multiple targets, two range safety officers on hand, protective gear, and a team shirt for each participant.
- I’m Your Huckleberry: This package focuses on classic fun with three weapon types: a 9mm, a .45, and a 12-gauge shotgun. Participants get fifty rounds each and shoot at a variety of targets under staff supervision.
These are just a few of the options we have for you to choose from. But if none of these match perfectly, we can modify components or combine elements from different packages.
