What Do Beginner Rifle Training Classes Cover?
Our basic rifle course strives to bring you up to speed on how a rifle is made and works, how to safely store and handle the weapon, how to shoot effectively and best practices for safety. Our facility offers the perfect environment for this training because we start in the classroom and then move to the range for immediate practice of what you discuss with the instructor.
Do I Need To Bring My Own Rifle?
You can absolutely bring your own rifle, but we understand many people in our beginner courses may be getting their feet wet in the rifle world and even might be trying to get a feel for if rifle shooting is right for them. Since this is the case, we offer a limited fleet of rental rifles for our trainees, and you might even end up liking the rental so much you purchase a similar model.
What Format Are Classes Offered In?
It’s our goal to offer courses to the entire community, and in pursuit of this goal we offer classes to people in different formats. If you feel comfortable learning in a group, we have many group courses with topics which can help people of any skill level, including brand new shooters. If you prefer specialized attention, you can choose a private lesson which can be tailored to your needs.
