Most people who own a gun for personal protection own a handgun, and those who carry need to be sure they know how to safely store and use their handguns as well. People love our training sessions because of our fantastic team of instructors. We have a team of trainers who are passionate for gun safety, excellent marksmanship and sharing their knowledge with others. Almost all our trainers have real-world experience with firearms, either in combat as former members of the military or on the job as former law enforcement officers. Because our team has such a vast amount of experience, our classes are the most informative and beneficial in the area. There is no “one size fits all” handgun class at our facility, we have classes for people of any skill level. If you just purchased your first handgun and need to learn how to safely and effectively use it, we have an intro class where you can learn the basics of gun storage, cleaning, loading and shooting safely. These classes are a combination of class and range time, so you get to practice what you learned without having to leave the facility. If you want to continue to expand your knowledge base from there, or if you already have a handle on the basics, our second tier of courses helps you become a better marksman while still emphasizing safety. This course includes coaching on grip, stance, aiming and more for maximized consistency. We also offer the use of our advanced simulator in this course for a great way to practice these skills. For the most advanced marksmen, we offer technical classes covering shooting multiple targets, fast draws from a holster, multiple reloads and even the use of barricades and cover.
