We don’t just teach you how to shoot, we make sure you are mentally ready for defensive situations and their aftermath. By the end of this 3-course series you will know your rights and responsibilities as a CCW citizen and how to deal with those who don’t. Our team specifically designed these classes so everyone can learn something new. The first class is to help those who want success in the permit application process. The second class is for those recently certified looking to beef up their skills. And the final class is an absolute must for anyone with a CCW permit to understand the principles and foundations CCW citizens must responsibly follow.

Class 1: Basic Concealed Carry Weapon

As the name suggests, this first class is all about the basics, designed for the complete novice with no knowledge of the CCW lifestyle. The goal of this first class is to give you the knowledge and the confidence to successfully apply to the Arizona Department of Safety for a CCW permit. This means we focus on the laws and responsibilities you will have as a CCW citizen and the application process. Learning topics covered in this class are gun safety and owner responsibilities according to the state, laws and regulations surrounding use of force for personal protection and self-defense, and how to interact with law enforcement as a CCW permit holder after a violent incident. Bring a black pen and a printed out CCW application to this class. Please review the eligibility requirements to obtaining a permit before taking this class. Class 2: Concealed Carry Weapon

Our second class in the CCW lifestyle continues to have student in the classroom to learn about the realities of living this life. Students in this class will also get to use our state-of-the-art laser simulator to put their instincts and learned knowledge to the test. They will go through various shoot/no-shoot scenarios and receive personal coaching from our expert staff on how to improve. Learning topics covered in this class include the judgemental and legal use of force, personal and home protection plans, non-lethal and alternative methods of protection, and a basic understanding of protective gear and their uses.

Every Day Carry Principles

The last class in our 3-part CCW series is an absolute must for anyone with a CCW permit. This full range time class is an interactive course where students become familiar with the best carrying practices for their chosen firearm. This includes repetitions with how to defend, retrieve, and shoot their gun. No matter your previous shooting knowledge or skill, this class is imperative to being a responsible CCW citizen.
