Not only do we offer ladies only classes, but we do it at the #1 indoor gun range in the state of Arizona. We are committed to creating a safe space for the women of our community to learn to defend themselves and find like-minded women for support.
Our ladies only training classes are designed to help you improve skills both on the range and ones that can be practically applied to real-life defense situations. The ladies that take this class find a community with each other and often come to call our range their second home.

Women’s Basic Pistol Course
Our first class in the ladies-only series is the basic pistol course. This class is designed for the absolute beginning woman. Someone that may have never seen a firearm before or has zero experience shooting them in any setting. The only pre-requirements for this class are interest and excitement about firearms and a ladies-only setting.
This class teaches the absolute fundamental skill and knowledge needed to successfully use a firearm. This includes knowing how to stay safe and operate a pistol accurately. Specific topics this class covers include loading and unloading operations, firing stances, controlling your breath, and follow-through. Students in this class will get live-fire practice on the range and leave with the ability to shoot consistent groupings at 18ft.
Intermediate Pistol Operation and Handling
The second class in our ladies-only courses builds on the basics learned in the beginning class. It continues to improve the offensive skills and maneuvers that students know. This class also continues to expand realm of firearms for its students by beginning to look at more than just pistols.
This class takes the basic and intermediate moves and makes them more practical and applicable to every-day situations. Specific topics covered in this course include using a holster, understanding the color codes of awareness, and exploring semi-automatic pistols and revolvers.
Women’s Defensive Pistol
The final class in our ladies-only series puts us all on the defensive. It is a very popular class among our community members given the increasing dangers in our world, especially targeting women. This class teaches both the physical and mental skills needed to successfully be on the defensive in a situation. The use of self-defense should be a last resort in any situation, especially if becoming combative.
Specific topics covered in this class include the Avoid, Escape, Defend mindset, how to approach and assess a conflict or dangerous situation, shooting from a high compressed ready position, and more loading and reloading practice in a stressful situation. All of these are meant to completely equip you with everything needed to defend yourself should the situation arise and save your lives or those of others.
