- 20-minute weekly one-on-one: no status, just “What decision is stuck in your head?”
- Monthly huddle: toss a real company problem on the table and let them fight it out.
- Quarterly review: celebrate progress, assign the next stretch.
Track it like sales: decisions made without you, projects closed on time, people they keep. What gets scored gets better.
