THE CLIENT:

I was contacted by a startup company in a highly competitive industry, commercial landscaping. The business owner was young and not very experienced and needed help. Because of a lack of leadership and direction, their staff had a high turnover. The company didn’t have a robust sales plan to help guide growth. There was also a lack of management structure, contributing to employees not feeling supported. My goal as a business coach was to help the company get organized and focused on decreasing turnover and scale without the hiccups.

THE SOLUTION:

In addition, the plan helped to create a structure for leadership and management, which is essential for any successful business.
