THE CLIENT:
This client of mine was historically a great salesman. He had been very successful in the sales department of many companies and industries. He was personable, knew his material and didn’t get nervous when closing the big deals. Essentially, he was all of the things you want in a rockstar salesperson.

THE SOLUTION:
Before offering any of my services to my clients, I like to understand what is going on beneath the surface. This is so I can identify any red flags, but also to identify gaps or hidden issues that have not yet come to light. I believe that you can’t effectively move forward until you know with what you’re dealing.
After meeting with this client, we created a business coaching plan that was customized to his unique needs. We met several times, went through a few of my modules that helped us analyze his numbers. It was then determined that what he needed most was: Priority Management training, the Sales Communication Blueprint sales process workshop, DISC (dominance, influence, conscientiousness, steadiness) communication training, and my Business Clarity module. We also decided to roll out a focused training curriculum for his current and future team/staff. This will teach them the necessary steps to be successful in sales and reiterate the teachings my client has learned in the process as well.
THE RESULT:
Within the first month of the coaching program, my client’s sales doubled. We had not even rolled out all of our initiatives before we were able to see significant progress being made. It was such a morale booster that my client had a renewed outlook on his individual career as well as his sales business. Having early success is also a great motivator, it made us want to work even harder on our partner for even better results.
Today, he has an optimistic outlook and believes that he will continue his demonstration of success and bring in more business than he ever imagined.
