THE RESULT:

After implementing the custom business plan, the client realized he could take a vacation without letting his business fail. He planned a vacation within 60 days and went on vacation within 180 days. The client was able to relax and enjoy his vacation while knowing his business was in good hands. This increased his confidence in the company and made him more likely to recommend the service to others. Overall, the custom business plan allowed the client to take a much-needed vacation without sacrificing his business. As a result of my custom coaching plan, my client was able to continue to thrive in his business operations by having the support of his team. The quality of my client's life, his family, and all employees' lives improved dramatically after greater flexibility. After years of being bogged down by the 9-5 work day, my client has found new ways to improve his business by maximizing employee productivity and supporting a healthy work-life balance.
