In addition, the client needed to hone their marketing tactics to reach and engage their target audience. Their current marketing practice struggled to distinguish their services in the market because of a gap with their audience. By understanding their ideal customer, the client would be able to speak to them more effectively. Through careful planning and strategic marketing efforts, I was able to help our client realize their goals by expanding their reach into new markets and persuading key decision-makers to expand into new contracts.

The Result

With our business plan, the healthcare company saw remarkable growth over the course of just a few years. In year one, the client saw a whopping 21% growth, and in year three, they experienced an impressive 17% growth. This remarkable level of success was seen at the height of the pandemic — an impressive feat in itself. This tremendous growth was largely due to the ingenuity of our revamped business model, as well as the hard work and dedication of the client’s employees.

Throughout the harsh economic times of the pandemic, the client was able to navigate murky waters with strength and dedication.
