Going into business differs a lot from a 9 to 5 job. There are important skills every business owner should cultivate to make running their business easier and more productive. A business can just be failing because the business owner lacks the necessary skills to run the business.

A coach who had a very successful corporate career but decided to start his own business. The entrepreneurial experience was quite different from his 9 to 5 because here, he needed to make his own decisions and got little or no support from anyone. Also, he didn’t have sufficient entrepreneurial skills like; prospecting, public speaking, sales, marketing, organizational, and priority management, among others. This coach was strictly on business survival mode.
The coach decided to get a business coach, and immediately we got to work and created a curriculum centered on helping the coach develop necessary business skills. We started the session with Coach Dan’s PROFESSIONAL SELLING FOR THE NON-SELLING PROFESSIONAL course. We also included other courses like the sales and communication blueprint program and Executive goal setting
Within 30 days of our sales-centered business coaching session, the coach got a client paying $6,000 per month, which sums up to $72,000 in a year. The coach increased his charges from $3,000 to
6,000 per month after only five months of the coaching program. He unlocked new survival skills that would benefit him throughout his career.
