Orion Homes currently has full-time openings for Assistant Managers and Managers responsible for leading the teams serving the Phoenix, Peoria, and Glendale homes from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm. Gain the immense reward of guiding both residents and caregivers while launching leadership skills.
Assistant Manager and Manager Responsibilities:
- Direct daily home operations, safety protocols, and programming
- Lead, coach, and develop direct-care staff members
- Coordinate resident scheduling, outings, and therapies
- Maintain accurate documentation and assist with reporting
- Handle HR tasks like onboarding, payroll, and performance evaluations
- Manage home maintenance requests and supply inventory
- Build rapport and serve as a mentor for residents
- Promote growth for all through encouragement and accountability
