As a Group Home Manager or Assistant Manager at Orion Homes, you will lead a team in a home-like environment to provide 24/7 care, supervision, and support for adults facing emotional, behavioral, or social difficulties.

Qualifications and Pay
Successful managers and assistant managers have at least 2 years of direct care experience in behavioral health group homes or similar residential mental healthcare facilities. A bachelor’s degree in a human services field is preferred but not required, with commensurate experience.
Standout applicants will be those who can express themselves confidently, tackle tough challenges head-on, take initiative when the situation calls for it, and keep their priorities straight. The ideal candidate connects easily with others and believes every person deserves unconditional dignity – no matter their personal challenges. Licensure as a LAC, LPC, or LMSW is a plus.
