As a caregiver or behavioral health technician, you will directly supervise and assist residents in Orion Homes’ group homes. Let’s break it down: there are several elements at play here.
- Providing personal care assistance with activities of daily living
- Supporting medication management
- Facilitating individual and group activities
- Transporting residents to appointments
- Responding appropriately to behaviors
Both full-time and part-time schedules are available, with openings for day, evening, and overnight shifts. Pay starts at $30,160 – $34,320 per year.
Group Home Managers and Assistant Managers
