Key responsibilities include supervising all staff within your assigned home, driving adherence to beneficiary treatment plans and safety/health protocols, managing facility upkeep and maintenance, overseeing supply/medication control procedures, and ensuring smooth daily operations facility-wide. Part-time group home managers typically work Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
