Full-Time Assistant Group/Mental Home Manager Job Opportunities
Orion Homes has immediate openings for full-time Assistant Group/Mental Home Managers. Day-to-day, these roles involve standing side-by-side with Group Home Managers, supervising and supporting caregivers and behavioral health technicians as they work together to deliver top-notch care. It’s the Assistant Managers who make all the difference, offering top-notch care and support to residents 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Helping seniors live their best lives is at the heart of this role. You’ll work with the care team to deliver hands-on support with daily tasks, monitor medication schedules, and craft custom care plans, putting residents first. When you’re not focused on the daily grind, you’ll pour your energy into planning activities to fill the space with laughter and connection. Assistant Managers lead by example while ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
These full-time positions follow a Monday through Friday schedule from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. However, Assistant Managers must also remain available on-call to handle emergencies and shift changes during evenings and weekends as needed. Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for full-time Assistant Group/Mental Home Manager roles, applicants should meet these minimum qualifications:
- Minimum age of 18
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Level 1 fingerprint clearance card
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
- Fluency in English
- Preferred training: CPR, First Aid, Article 9, CPI, Caregiving/CNA
- Prior experience in behavioral health preferred
- Applicants who will provide transportation must also have a minimum age of 21 and a valid driver’s license
