Full-Time Mental Health Caregiver Responsibilities
Full-time caregivers work various shifts from day to evening to overnight to provide 24/7 coverage and include the following responsibilities:
- Provide non-medical care and companionship
- Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, getting dressed
- Monitor and remind residents about medications
- Engage residents in meaningful recreational activities
- Ensure residents’ needs are met in a caring atmosphere
