We recently received a call from Kiddie Academy of League City, TX. Kiddie Academy had rebranded and as a result asked their franchisees to update their current signage to match the new brand identity. We were very excited to begin such a large project, which included a new monument sign, channel letter sign, vehicle wraps and brand new lobby signage.
In the picture above you'll see Kiddie Academy's re-branded laser cut acrylic lobby sign we created. This new custom lobby sign matches the rest of the new signage used to re-brand Kiddie Academy. The images below showcase the new channel letter sign for their tower, their new and improved monument sign and two of their Kiddie Academy buses complete with new vehicle wrap.

Kiddie Academy is a child care facility that attempts to stand out from the rest. Taken from their site is the Kiddie Academy difference: "Only Kiddie Academy provides the kind of care that focuses on days filled with learning and fun, the key ingredients of our Life Essentials® curriculum. We are also a nationally networked franchise, which ensures strict standards and a consistent experience for your child."
As with any of our signage projects, it all starts with defining the desired designs, location for each sign and obtaining accurate measurements. Once all aspects of the project are defined and agreed upon, we move on to the fabrication. For this project we also had to remove their existing aluminum case from the tower to replace it with a new back lit LED channel letter sign. The next step is to install the new signage and vehicle wraps. For the illuminated monument sign we only replaced the face. Our 360 Wraps and Avery certified installers were in charge of completing the new vehicle wraps for the Kiddie Academy buses. As with any vehicle wrap project, being precise is a must to avoid any unsightly mistakes such as air pockets.
The main benefits of commercial signage are the advertising and brand reinforcement. When going with a backlit LED sign, it allows for around the clock advertising to any potential customers passing by. A custom routed illuminated monument sign reminds passerby's that your business is in that location. Vehicle wraps also share the same advertising and brand reinforcement benefits but with a mobile touch. Having commercial vehicles with graphics allows for mobile advertising each time the vehicle is in motion, imagine how many potential customers you will pass on a daily basis. Another nice benefit to vehicle graphics are the advertising doesn't stop even when you have.
