We recently worked on a monument signage project with Qualified/Gray Properties located in Pasadena, TX. They contacted Pinnacle Sign Company to replace their existing monument sign with a fresh, updated sign to increase the level of professionalism and visibility of their Pasadena, TX office. Monument and other outdoor signage has the ability to grab the attention of a large audience due to its location, putting it smack dab in the view of any potential customers who may pass by. If designed correctly, a new monument sign can greatly improve a customer's first impression of the business.
We were very excited to begin working on their monument sign, having worked together in the past creating many commercial listing signs as well as residential listing signs. Listing signs are typically made for realtors to attract the attention of potential buyers, we’ve created various looks when it comes to Qualified/Gray Properties property listing signage. Qualified/Gray Properties prefers their for sale signs to look a bit different than your average real estate sign, white on black makes for a very sophisticated and professional appeal. For their commercial properties we’ve designed various looks, from rendering signs to custom banners.

Monument signs are often made from high density foam but for Qualified/Gray Properties we decided on an aluminum cabinet with laser cut acrylic letters. We also went with a dazzling matte silver background for the monument sign, accompanied by black and red letters. The sign is mounted into a beautiful stone base. Aluminum signage is surprisingly resistant to the elements and is an investment that will last for years to come. Steel posts are used to ensure the sign can withstand wind load properly over the years. Another interesting fact about monument signs is that recent industry studies have shown they can increase your overall revenue by 9.3%. Who wouldn’t want a more eye grabbing sign that will end up paying itself off?
