• Each replaces a rotting wood sign with a PVC construction. PVC can not rot, rust, or be eaten by insects. It is a material that is routed and shaped.

• Each is color corredenated with the apartment complex new paint. This makes them indetifiable with the new renavations, and away from the other apartments surounding area.

• Mounting of the original signs was (in most cases) on rotting wood 4X4 posts. These were replaced with Aluminum posts and concrete. Much better quality and longer lasting. It looks better too. • The script, size and shape are all uniform now. It starts to develop a branding for Kuhio Partnerships

• The replacability of the message. The older signs were shot – they were thrashed. The rot, and bad paint, and the inability to change phone numbers, names or anything else. These new signs can be redone to change the text
