Here is an example of a local Oceanside health clinic and a banner.
Crossroads Health Solutions is on a busy street – El Camino Real. They are even at a traffic light, thousands on cars stop right in front of their building and sit there – with nothing to do but wait, for about 45 seconds.
The building they are in has a “face” just about 3 foot tall and more than 10 foot wide (actually 50 foot). A standard 3 X 10 banner fits. Not only does it fit, but there have been banners there before and the are eyelets in place already.
They hired a marketing consultant to come up with the design and Signs for San Diego printed it.
The Banner is a digital print – that is it was designed in Adobe Illustrator and printed directly to a large format HP printer on banner material. The banner material is a vinyl “scrim” that is a tough substrate designs to resist wind, rain and the elements. The print comes out in a 54 inch width. It is trimmed to the right size, then hemmed and grommets installed.
The design is by far the longest process. The banner is now mounted and flies right in front on that heavily traveled section of El Camino Real. Even better, during the installation we could hear people talking about it while stopped at the light. It will be successful in attracting new patients into the clinic.
