We are proud to announce a life-changing program entitled “100 Days of Mindful Practices,” commencing on July 28 and running through November 4. This effort aims to raise one’s level of consciousness and uplift our collective vibration in preparation for the 2024 US Presidential Election.
Program Structure
This program is specifically designed to make people more empowered, create a deeper spiritual connection, and bring forth a life of purpose. In this 100-day process, participants will go through cycles of 10-day somatic healing practices, supported daily by affirmations and reflective voice messages that come directly to your phone. Community building and connecting with peers will take place every week in Zoom calls.
The somatic healing practices that have flowed from the genius insight of Prentis Hemphill’s What It Takes to Heal: How Transforming Ourselves Can Change the World are organized around ten critical principles.

Daily Affirmations
The core of this program is affirmations, as they are powerful tools for guiding our consciousness to be positive and present. Each affirmation will be combined with the ten healing principles and distributed through social media changes.
Daily Inspirational Quotes
Central to our program are the daily voice messages delivered right to your phone. These 2-3 minute recordings include messages from leading inspirational and spiritual teachers and mindfulness practitioners from around the country. You can listen at any time that works for you, but for most participants, these messages provide a way to start your daily mindfulness practice.
Weekly Community Check-ins
Building a supportive community is an integral part of personal growth. To this end, every week, there will be a weekly session via Zoom by OCSL, where a safe space will be accorded to participants to connect with each other, share experiences, and support one another on this journey of mindfulness.
