Spirituality and learning to live a spiritual life have no age limit, and we believe people of all ages should be able to grow, learn and thrive. For this reason, we welcome and celebrate the presence of babies, children and teenagers in our midst at the Oakland Center for Spiritual Living.
We are a community of welcoming people who seek to expand and transform individually and collectively as we gain a better understanding of God and our own divine nature. We pride ourselves on diversity, making everyone who visits feel welcome. We offer many ministries to help get people involved.

Programs for Any Age
We strive to have our younger participants to look forward to coming to services, so we create groups where they can learn at the appropriate pace and can connect with a diverse group of other children around their age. We have a nursery program for newborns to four year olds, a kindergarten program, and groups for elementary, middle, and high school aged kids as well. We know your children will feel welcome and well cared for at any age.
Full Youth/Family-Focused Staff
We make our Youth and Family Ministry a top priority, and this is evidenced by the wonderful staff members we have who work exclusively in this ministry. Our leadership group consists of ordained and licensed ministers, licensed prayer practitioners, and lay people with years of experience in education who love working with children and making a positive impact on their lives. We would love for you and your family to visit us and get to know our staff members.

We believe this diversity does wonders for development because it helps to teach acceptance and love at an early age.
