Every 4th of July, we in America celebrate the day that the Declaration of Independence was signed! This year we have even more to celebrate with our recent independence from the challenges of the past year. So let’s take it outside and celebrate with friends, family, good food & drink! We at Aurora offer tons of fantastic picnic foods from small bite-sized pieces to delicious salads and main courses ready to eat or grill – it’s your choice! Or make it super easy with individually boxed picnic lunches of wraps, pasta salad or chips, fruit salad, and delicious triple chocolate brownies. No-fuss, no muss. You don’t even need to bring plates – just eat straight of the box. 
For a family style picnic, start off with some Tomato-Watermelon Skewers, Caprese Skewers or gluten free mini BLTs. Then try our BBQ Beef or Pulled Pork, with rolls on the side to make your own sliders. Teriyaki chicken is always a favorite and we also offer vegetarian meals like Eggplant Ratatouille or Penne Pasta Primavera.
If you feel like grilling on your own, we can prepare for you chicken seasoned and ready to grill, with a chimichurri on the side, burgers shaped in patties or rib eye steaks! Our side salads are so delicious & refreshing for those hot days. Our hearty Hanger Steak Salad is really unusual AND delicious. Or try our Caesar salad, Couscous with Tarragon Vinaigrette, fresh Grilled Veggie platters, or seasonal Green Beans in ponzu.

And of course – do not forget the dessert! We have S’mores’ brownies – our very own triple chocolate brownies, with added marshmallows and graham crackers. Fantastic!
