What’s summer without watermelon? Fresh Tomato & Watermelon skewers are a perfect way to cool off. An amazing amalgamation of savory & sweet – crisp bite sized watermelon is contrasted with summer’s heirloom tomatoes – similar in texture, you will be surprised by this delicious combination.
And come and see a twist on ceviche, a popular seafood dish from Peru. Introducing Vegan Ceviche, a fresh and tangy delight, without any meat! Using Chayote squash, and the traditional ceviche ingredients of jalpaenos, white onions, cilantro and lime juice, served with a plantain chip – you won’t believe how fabulous this tastes!
