This clever design was cool for viewers, learning that the best view surprisingly often came from sitting at the back of the group. On the menu for this unusually sweltering day were fresh, summery appetizers, perfect for providing a cool, palate-pleasing experience. We are at the Alameda County Fair in Pleasanton, and we are getting ready for a cooking demonstration at 1:00 today. Look how cool this is with the mirror so that whatever Chef Marty and Chef Kenny are doing, the audience can see. Depending on where you are sitting, you get a whole different perspective. So, when you're in the front, actually a better view is from the back. I was really surprised to learn that. So when they are putting together appetizers today, and people are watching how they are doing it. If you are sitting back here, it's a really great view. it's a great setup we have done a beautiful job with this demonstration kitchen, and we are just excited to be invited and be part of the fair. We love working with the local community, and we are doing some fresh summery appetizers today for this really hot 100-degree weather. They're busy getting their prep ready, and we're gonna be feeding about 50 to 75 people tonight. They're going to be coming in this building I'm sure, to get away from the heat. So, we're really hoping to have a nice big turnout. This is really fun to be here and be behind the scenes of a fair I've been coming to for years and years. So just wanted to give you a little background of what's happening. We're going to be doing some filming a little bit later of the demo. It's going to be 30 minutes of demo so Marty was practicing last night. He's got it together. He's great with his presentation skills and his humor, and everything really comes through. So, just excited, a little bit nervous, eager, and we hope you enjoy the show.
