A great deal of time, effort and expense goes into exhibiting at a tradeshow. Our clients have very high expectations when it come to the display that they have ordered. The displays need to be visually appealing and look fresh for as long as the event is taking place. That is why we here at Banner and Display Direct, recommend custom printed dye sublimated fabrics. Dye sublimation printed fabric, is the perfect solution for event displays for a variety of reasons. The graphics are light weight, easy to set up and take down, and very compact. The dye sublimated printed graphics can be stored or shipped in smaller containers than rigid substrates and vinyl graphics. The dye sublimated fabric displays will arrive at the destination fresh and smooth. The last thing you want is for your display to be creased and wrinkled. Dye sublimation is an extremely durable print method for fabrics because the ink is converted to a gas and then infused into the fabric, making it permanent. This type of printing is done on a polyester material and will produce an extremely high-resolution image, with very high saturated color. Because the image is actually embedded into the fibers, the fabric is washable and impossible to scratch or chip. These displays will last a very long time because of the durability. You will not find that to be the case in digitally printed fabrics. The fabric can be stretched onto a frame, like the Hopup Display or the Formulate Backwall display. The frame can be curved or even backlit for a stunning result. Dye sublimation printing requires specialized equipment that many printers do not have. When you are shopping around for your next display, make sure you understand the material and the printing process when you are comparing products. Digitally printed fabric displays are sometimes less expensive, but far inferior to a dye sublimated print. Make sure you do your homework and choose a fabric display that is dye sublimated. You will not be sorry, even if you pay a bit more. Your display will look fresh and new for many years to come.
