When it comes to determining your professional success, figure out how much your hourly rate is. If you earn a salary, break it down to determine what you make an hour. Then ask yourself if you would pay someone your hourly rate to do the tasks you are currently doing in your job.
If the answer is no, you should either eliminate the task or delegate it to someone who makes a more appropriate hourly rate.
