My name is Wayne Townsend and I am a certified FocalPoint Business and Executive Coach. I work with small and mid-size business owners and professionals to help them grow their business and achieve their goals. I have over 20 years of business world experience, which includes a stint as COO at a marketing company that helped thousands of financial advisors grow their practices. I played a part in increasing the profitability of this business by 30% while simultaneously creating a great culture for our team. Later, I helped facilitate the sell of that company and then became an Executive Business Coach.

Ultimately, I want to be intentional with our growth strategies so that they impact what matters most for your business. I believe that to be obtaining more time, a happier team, more money, and the potential for future longevity.

I believe that anyone can be successful when they are given the right tools. I provide those tools to teams that I assist. I am there as a coach and not as the ultimate decision maker, that authority will reside within the business.

I can then make suggestions and tweaks based on my experience and not let any personal feelings inhibit those decisions.
