Project: Custom Formed Plastic Dimensional Letters and Logo Location: Marietta, GA Client: Alan Cox Automotive Alan Cox Automotive in Marietta, GA has been servicing Asian cars for many years on the hill at 1326 Cobb Parkway North in Marietta, GA.  They wanted to update their building signs to refresh them and make them easier to read.  They contacted Signs & More, Inc for advice on what they could do.  Signs & More is familiar with the sign codes and a multitude of sign options.  Together we can to a plan for improving visibility for their signage within Marietta’s sign regulations. BEFORE PHOTOS:  Note the old white letters below the top lip of the building.  They seem a bit jumbled on there and are using up the allowable space for signage. During the design process for Alan Cox Automotive, Signs & More was consulting with the City of Marietta to make sure the maximum size sign was recommended and quoted.  The goal was to provide the most effective sign within their budget.  Non-lighted Formed Plastic Letters/Logo were selected due to their economy for their size and the natural light background on the building.  Upon getting customer approval, Signs & More went to work on Sign Permitting.  After getting the approved Permit, Signs & More put the sign into production.  The sign is attached to the building with metal studs.  A 55’ long pattern is made with marks where to drill the holes for inserting the letters’ studs into the building.  The letters and logo are attached with the studs and adhesive.  And the letters/logo have a lifetime guarantee, so Alan Cox is covered with signage for as long as they stay in their location!
