Custom Acrylic Lobby Signs in Atlanta, GA for Southeastern Council of Foundation…

BY: Bill Swanson, Signs & More Inc

Recently, we were contacted by Southeastern Council of Foundations located in downtown Atlanta.  They called us to add another Lobby/Reception Sign for their office.  They needed to emphasize their territory.

We had designed, manufactured and installed the first sign using Aluminum Standoffs, Etched Vinyl Acrylic and Brushed Aluminum back in 2013.  See the photo below.

Acrylic, Brushed Aluminum, Standoffs Lobby Sign

In the image above, you can see how the 3-D Brushed Aluminum Letters on top of the Etched Acrylic add extra dimension to the Acrylic which is held out 1″ from the wall by the Aluminum Standoffs.

The New Sign is Brushed Aluminum/Acrylic Letters attached directly to the wall without the etched acrylic behind.  But the states are larger to accomplish their desires.

The Lobby Sign above is Brushed Aluminum on Acrylic that is held off from the wall by 1/2″ for extra dimension and shadow.

Signs & More is pleased to work with the Southeastern Council of Foundations.  The Southeastern Council of Foundations (SECF) is one of the nation’s largest regional associations of grantmakers, serving more than 330 of the most dynamic foundations and corporate giving programs in the South. SECF works in partnership with members in 11 Southeastern states to serve, strengthen, promote and champion the South’s philanthropic voice and infrastructure through engaging programming, leadership development training, access to unique resources and invaluable connections. By encouraging insightful philanthropic collaboration, SECF creates opportunities to increase the region’s grantmaking impact and empower transformational community change.

In making and installing signs with dimensional letters, the key is to get the alignment of the letters and images correct.  We use precise patterns and studs to get this exact.  Also on wall mounts, the letters can be removed and replaced for repainting.  Or if a customer is moving, a sign can be relocated and the wall repair is minor.

Signs & More makes Lobby/Reception/Logo Signs in many styles and materials to meet out customers’ desired look/size, color scheme and budget.  Call us today for a consultation 770-383-8808 or email us at info@signsmoreinc.com.
