This week all eyes that closely follow the most popular sport in the United States were once again on Phoenix, AZ. The conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography were providing the photography services for a conference at the Phoenix Convention Center so although the events were not at the same venue, both events were taking place in the same metropolitan area. Of course all eyes, not just the ones that follow closely the intricacies of rules and backstage, so to speak, happenings with the sport were on Phoenix, AZ earlier in the year as it hosted the most popular and most watched television event in the world.

This particular annual meeting which by most professional meeting planners’ standards would be considered as a small conference was not held at the Phoenix Convention Center but rather at a nearby resort. In contrast, the conference for which the conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography were providing the photography services was being held at the Phoenix Convention Center. The likelihood of any intermingling of the attendees of the two annual events was nearly zero, as the attendees of the conference for which the convention photographers of Caught in the Moment were providing the photography services would more than likely remain in the greater Phoenix, AZ area and not venture too far into the suburbs near where the other annual special event was taking place.
It is always exciting for the conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography to be at least in the vicinity of special events that are newsworthy. Often times the particular conference or convention for which they are providing the photography services is the newsworthy event, but in this particular case that event was not held at the Phoenix Convention Center were the photographers were working.
