The conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography recently photographed a conference for a long tern client that is based in Chicago, IL. This particular national professional association holds a few special events through out the year with one of the conferences taking place at McCormick Place Convention Center in Chicago, IL. One of the other special events takes place in Washington, DC and is more of a legislator education trip and the other is a conference that does not have a set host city but instead moves around from region to region on different years.

The conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography truly appreciate the relationship that has developed over the years between the national professional association and the the photography studio because now both the professional meeting planners responsible for organizing and coordinating the conference or convention know exactly the type and quality of images that they will be receiving. Another reason that the relationship is mutually beneficial is that the photographers know the flow of each of the meetings and what to expect at each; which enables them to provide the best photography coverage.
