The conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography are as many other companies looking back at year’s end. The photographers are grateful to have maintained their relationships with professional associations in and around the Washington, DC area. Many of the clients of the photography studio specializing in conferences and conventions are national associations representing the interests of their nationwide members, and many of these associations are based in and around the Washington, DC area. Although the associations themselves are based in the suburban Washington, DC area, the events for which these associations hire the photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography may or may not be located in the Washington DC area.
A specific type of special event that many of these professional associations hold is an annual event where a significant number of their members come to Washington, DC; not necessarily to come the association’s national headquarters but to meet with legislators and other policymakers that can very well have an impact on themselves or in the profession as a whole. These type of events have not been taking place during the last couple of years for a variety of reasons, but it appears as though in the near future as the restrictions affecting these kind of events are lifted, they will once again resume for the professional associations that normally hire the photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography.
The conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment remain poised to work closely with their established clients who will hopefully be resuming the special events that sees the members of the association arrive to Washington, DC to meet with their legislators and other policymakers to ensure that the professional association has the imagery that will prove helpful in communicating with their membership the efforts that are being done in their behalf. And of course, it is not just the established clients with whom the conference and convention photographers are looking forward to working with; the photography studio will always welcome any new national professional association representing the interests of their membership with the legislators and other policymakers in Washington, DC as new clients.
