Recently the conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography were hired a national professional association to provide the photography services for the national professional association’s annual conference. As part of the proceedings the professional photographers were able to connect with a member of the national professional association’s staff who is based in Washington DC and that is responsible for the education and contact with legislators and other policymakers that would then be in position to make decisions that would impact the interests of the members of the national professional association.
Even though this national professional association’s annual meeting was not held in Washington DC, both the member of the staff of the national professional association and the conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography thought it would be valuable to connect and keep in touch for the annual special event that the national professional association puts together for the members of the association to travel to Washington DC in order to educate and share with legislators and other policymakers regarding what impacts the members of the association. The staff based in Washington DC would benefit greatly by having professionally captured imagery that could then be used on promotional and marketing pieces that could then be used to promote subsequent special events with the purpose of educating legislators and other policymakers in Washington DC.
