This is a brief article describing how even though meeting and event professionals change jobs, one chose to keep her relationship with the conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography for an upcoming annual event in Las Vegas.
Recently the conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography received an inquiry from a long term client for a national professional association convention in Las Vegas, NV. Although this would hardly be of notoriety, in this particular case, the client calling although she is a long-term client of the photography studio, this particular professional event planner is no longer employed with the national professional association with whom the conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment and been working. As it tends to happen, this particular event professional had changed jobs and was now being employed by another professional association representing and advocating the needs of a specific profession.
Although the professional event planner responsible for the planning and coordinating of the annual conference or convention was now being employed at a different national professional association, the needs are obviously the same. The conference or convention will still have to have the same basic needs met, of which photography is included; so it was fortunate both for the professional event planner and for the conference and convention service provider, in this case photography, that both the professional event planner and the service provider have such a good relationship so that the collaboration can continue albeit for a different national professional association.
It is the sincere hope of the conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography that the collaboration between professional event planner and conference and convention service provider can continue with this the professional event planner’s first annual event with her new employer in Las Vegas.
