This fall marks the return of a collaboration between a national professional association and the conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography. with this fall’s annual event taking place at the Phoenix Convention Center. The collaboration between the national professional association and the photographers providing the photography services for the convention goes back several years and both the professional event planners responsible for organizing and coordinating the convention and the photographers are glad that the collaboration is ongoing.

From the professional event planners responsible for coordinating and implementing the plans to ensure that the convention goes on smoothly ti makes perfect sense to have trusted conference and event professionals on whom they can rely; in this case it is the conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography that the event professionals will be relying on to provide the photography services for the convention but since the collaboration is one that has been taking place for a number of years, the professional event planners can rest assured that they will receive the imagery that they have come to expect.
The conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography are also very much looking forward to the convention, ti gives them an opportunity to reconnect with the professional meetings planners with whom they have been working for a number of years but as it is inevitably the case there will be new additions to the professional event planners’ team, so it will give them the opportunity to meet the new members of the team. Whether it is at the Phoenix Convention Center as is the case this year, or wherever the annual convention happens to take place, the conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment look forward to working with the national professional association.
