It would be beneficial both to the conference service provider, in this case the ones providing the conference photography services, and the professional event planners to reestablish their working relationship for the following year so that there would be one fewer item on the to-do list for the event planner.
Just as there are many reasons to hold the national association’s annual event, whether it is a conference or a convention in the Southern California area; there are other regional areas that have their own attributes that make them appealing to the conference and convention industry circuit.
