During a recent conference held at the Anaheim Marriott, adjacent to the Anaheim Convention Center, the conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography were able to make a great connection with a national trade organization, that although not based in Washington, DC, it does have a personnel presence in Washington. As is often the case a national association will hold its annual conference or convention in Southern California, receive outstanding imagery from the conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography and then the following year, the professional event planners have one fewer thing to worry about because their event photography needs will already have been met by hiring the same photographers again.

Many of these national trade associations make a point to chose Southern California as a stop in their annual conference or convention cycle, and inevitably they will choose to hold their event either at the Los Angeles Convention Center, at the Long Beach Convention Center, the Anaheim Convention Center or as in this case on of the hotels adjacent to one of the convention centers and hire the conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment.
At this most recent event, the conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography were able to make a strong connection with the personnel at the national trade association office that is located in the Washington, DC area. There are many experiences and contacts that are shared by conference and convention and event professionals, and these are often shared at brief although scant down-time moments, perhaps catching a breath in between sessions. It was such a moment that the photographer and planner realized just how much of a crossover their professions actually have. Fortunately both for event planner and for service provider these type of serendipitous conversations can lead to future collaboration hopefully at the national professional association’s next annual event that is scheduled to take place in the Washington, DC area.
