It was perhaps apropos that suburban Washington, DC was one of the first geographic areas where the conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography returned to given that many of the national trade associations are situated in and around Washington, DC. As a matter of fact that client that was one of the first of the photography studio to hold their annual event in-person is located in the heart of Washington, DC, thus all of the planning logistics were able to be made from across town rather than from across the country as they would normally be made if the conference were to take place at a convention host city.
Overall the decision to stay local for the conference and convention event planners proved to be a good one since not many other cities around the country had lifted the restrictions that precluded conferences and conventions to take place. There was minimal travel involved by the convention services providers which minimized the possibility of experiencing mishaps.
