Project: Conference and Convention Photography Coverage

The conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography are looking forward to another successful year providing the photography coverage for special events related to conferences and conventions at various convention centers in the greater Las Vegas, NV. Area. In recent years the special event venues where the photographers have provided photographic services most often have been the Mandalay Bay Convention Center and the Las Vegas Convention Center on the opposite side of the Las Vegas Strip.
Although it is still early in the calendar year, the photographers already know that they will be providing the special event photography coverage at multiple conferences and convention in Las Vegas because the events are repeat clients for whom they have provided photography services in the past. There are several ways in which our photographers end up working in Las Vegas. In this article I will describe on of the many ways of how it is that our photographers sign contracts to provide the photography for multiple national and international associations who are holding their special annual event in Las vegas. Because our photographers have an extensive portfolio of national trade associations, it is very possible that our photographers have previously worked with the association holding their special event in Las Vegas at another city hosting their annual conference or convention; and because of the excellent photographs and customer service that they received in working with the photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography to provide the special event’s imagery, the conference or convention meeting planer then wants to assure that the association will receive the same caliber of images and service so it makes perfect sense to hire the same photography company that they have worked in the past.
